all of the attachments you need
to include with your application.
The Community Foundation no
longer accepts Letters of Recommendation.
You must use the Recommendation
Form in place of a letter of
recommendation.

3. Print out
the completed application form.
4. Insure all attachments, grades,
scores and signatures are properly
completed.
5. Submit all required documents
and attachments to the correct
entity by the correct deadline.

List, speak with your guidance
counselor or contact the Community
Foundation for any additional
information about required attachments,
deadlines or any other information.
Not all schools and scholarships
have the same deadlines and
requirements.
